Aya Yabuuchi was born in Osaka, her parents are the painters, had been in Paris for nearly ten years, but she was born after their return back to Japan. She was flowing to see her parents having contact with foreign countries since very little, and unconsciously her vision could be not only in Japan but to the other countries too.

After some years experiences working as a staff of filmmaker, Aya had a desire to produce a film by herself, and the friends were there to help her! She had something to explain by her film, and that was a Love.

Aya Yabuuchi studied International Economic at University in Osaka, and then she decided to come to Paris to explore Make-up Art.
After two years studies at Ecole Christian Chauveau in Paris, she was discovered her talent by the great master of Make-up, Stephan Marais, and had been working for two years as his assistant for the Paris Fashion Collections, Photos, Advertisings etc.

She had immediately the opportunities to work for Yoji Yamamoto, J.P. Gaultier, Sonia Rykiel, Lanvin, Paco Rabanne, Guy Laroche, etc.

One day, by the telephone call of one of the Top Model, she was asked to come to work for a film. That was Angela, the famous French filmmaker Luc Besson’s film.
Since this experience of the film, she continues to work for cinema especially with Luc Besson’s directions, and or his Productions as Taxi, Arthur, Valérian.
At the same time, she continues to work for Paris Fashion Collections, Photos, advertising, or Private Parties as the wedding of someone’s Rothchild family, etc.

Aya Yabuuchi’s film “Mon Cher” was projected at the cinema in Paris of Quartier Latin, near St. Germain des Pres, one of the producer, remarked it and suggested her to work together next time.
So we all, are waiting for next one.
